Objectives

1. General objective

To know our user’s preferences in terms of product characteristics, and their

preferences and willingness to buy including personnel suggestions to increase that

willingness.

2. Specific objectives

- Identify popular and trend product pancake mix.

- Identify moments (weekdays, weekends) and frequency of buying/restoring their

needed products

- Identify common places of purchase (specific supermarkets, specific convienence

stores and specific health food stores).

- Identify average frequency of buying

- Identify average expenditure of buying

- Collect suggestions to increase frequency.

- Find out likeness for net weight and flavors.

- Define your lifestyle, eating, consumption preferences.

- Do you think there is enough offer about the product you require for your lifestyle?

Why?

- Which are your favorite ready-to-cook mix?

- Will you buy more in terms of healthy pancake mix?

- How frequently do you buy them (mentioned products by the user)? Why?

- Where do you buy them (products mentioned by the user)?

- Do you find it easy (the routine of going to purchase those products) and prepare

pancakes?

- Do you eat pancakes at home alone or with familiy?

User’s Profile: Any person from 18 to 39 years old from the socioeconomic level A or B,

that follow health eating lifestyle.
