in the company and the customers’ satisfaction.

I prepared a strategic questionnaire with indicators to evaluate the dairy


company.
To do this, carry out a survey plan to consult with logistics operators and some
customers, such as the service of the dairy company, with the objective of
measuring the commitment, in the logistics processes, in the behavior and
taking as reference the final result of the products to the consumer or final
customer. According to the results, perform a strategic logistics restructuring
for the improvement and performance of the organization.

Analysis of the performance and improvement

The level of service is good, but it should be improved with good care and
better service. The dairy company does not have enough human and
technological resources for good performance in all its logistics processes, the
organization must provide sufficient budget to the logistics director and other
areas to meet the needs in all processes, so that they have improvements
pending. We must improve customer service, since it is one of the most
essential parts of the company, so it will expand the Service Department to
improve the implementation of new technologies and buy new equipment for
an adequate record of information.
