VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

BETWEEN
BEST RENT-A-CAR

Mr. Delower (Proprietor Best Rent A-Car) House # 79, Road 17, Sector # 11,
Uttara, Dhaka-1230 (Mobile no. 01921685401, Email :
dhossain7026@gmail.com) herein after called the Owner/Party A.

Party A being the owner proposed to rent one vehicle with driver and you, Party
B by knowing and observing the above mentioned vehicle with driver, you have
proposed to Party A to take it as rent for temporary 02 (Two) year and Party A
agreed on it presence of the honorable witness, the rent is fixed at TK. 70,000/-
(Seventy Thousand Taka) only per month based on the following terms and
conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Party B will pay the rent to Party A within 01 by current month.

2. Party B will pay 70,000/- (Seventy Thousand Taka) as advance and it will
be refunded at the end of the agreement.
3. Regular duty hour shall be 10 hours a day from Saturday to Thursday.
After that time 50/- taka will be charged extra for overtime.
4. If any illegal goods or drugs carried by the vehicle party B will take all
responsibly of that.
5. During the occasion of EID festival. The vehicle and driver will get 05
(Five) days holiday.
6. If party A want to end this contract, other party must be notified before
01 month. If he don’t he must pay 01(One) months rent in this condition.
7. Monthly number of working day is 26. Number of Holidays is 4.
8. If the vehicle need to be used in Friday, Party B must pay 200 Tk
allowance for the driver and it is valid only for two hours. If the vehicle
 need to be used more than two hours then Party B will pay 2692/- taka for
the day.
9. If Party B need to travel out side of Dhaka he must pay hotel rent 700 and
500 taka allowance to the driver.
10.Party B shall pay fuel/CNG, ferry toll, parking charge and all other road
tolls when required. And also provide 30 liter of petrol/octane every
month.
11.The proposed amount lunch is 150 taka. If the vehicle need to drive after
9 P.M. party A must pay 150/- taka for dinner also.
12.CNG cost will be charged as per; in Dhaka 12/km, outside of Dhaka
10/km.
13.Party A shall responsible to keep record by the driver for the equivalent
with mileage/ kilometers and fuel and other items in log sheet of the
vehicle provided by Party B.
14.The Car should not be driven during Strike or any other emergency
situation.
15.If any damage conducted during the parking period Party B will bear all
compensation and responsibility for it.

This agreement executed as Party A is own and Party B is user by signing on

their names willingly with full sense, sound health and in presence of the
witness without provocation of anybody.
