I am interested in being social worker.

My mom and older brother are social worker and it

seem like a cool job to work for. Social work is a practice-based profession and an academic
discipline that promotes social change and development, social cohesion, and the
empowerment and liberation of people. Principles of social justice, human rights, collective
responsibility, and respect for diversities are central to social work. To be a social worker you
must talk proper and talk clearly.

A social worker usually makes around 45,900 dollars a year. They help people solve and cope
with problems in their everyday lives. Social workers are employed in a variety of settings,
including mental health clinics, schools, child welfare and human service agencies, hospitals,
settlement houses, community development corporations, and private practices.

The classes that I think that would be good for this career would be all the English course and
especially the AP/CHS English

Sophomore year:
Since my freshman year I have change my career interest to being a detective. I have decided to
change because I feel like this would suit me and my personality. I like to watch shows that deal
with this job because it makes me wonder and try to find out what has happen. to be a good
detective you have to be a good investigator and should be able to solve any crime. they should
be able to talk to suspect and witness to help them solve the crime.

I would like to possibly interview or job shadow someone at the pittsburgh police station
The interview I conducted was with My Harrison. She was a chief officer for the FBI. during the
interview she was asked how do you keep focus and not to be afraid of doing her job. she was
talking about how she trust in God and she likes doing what she does.
