Rescission of Adoption Procedures

RESCISSION AND REVOCATION OF ADOPTION

Petition for rescission or revocation of adoption for the same causes


that authorize the deprivation of parental authority

Order made by the court requiring the adverse party to answer the
petition (within 15 days from the copy of the receipt)

Judgement ordering the rescission or revocation of the adoption

Certified copy of the judgment to be served upon the civil registrar


(within 30 days from the rendition thereof)
