Target audience for the arts

The target audience for this newspaper will be 13-35 year olds. This will be
mainly female as the musical industry is known for being a female talent, the
secondary audience will be for the males as there is still some males that are in
the musical industry and they still want to read about what is new and the
competition that they have, plus any auditions that they could go for and anything
they want to know.
These people will be interested in the musical theatre industry as the
content is purely filled will what is new in musical theatre and what to expect in
the upcoming weeks.
The geo-demographics will be UK based with the newspaper being aimed
at a national population, this will be because everyone from around the UK will
want to hear about any shows that are coming to their local area or any new
musical interests that are around the UK.
The socio-economic groupings will be from C2-B as this is the groups that
include the groups that have students and the part time workers in plus anyone
that works high up in the musical industry such as directors, producers and
anyone that has been made popular in the industry and is kept in well paid acting
jobs.
The psychographics will be succeeders as these are people that are young
and are seeing control and strong goals. This will be given to them through the
use of reading the magazine and finding out all of the jobs that they can get into
or even with the auditions that they can go to.
