Chapter 38.

Judicial morgue

198. A special register shall be drafted for the register of deaths provided by

the judicial morgue. In such case, the record of the decease that will be lay

down with its certificate will be the one issued by the formerly mentioned

body.

199. The record shall be registered with the information provided by the

certificate mentioned in the previous section. If the certificate did not

provide the identity of the diseased and afterwards it were confirmed by the

judge, a record shall be drafted once the providing document is received,

adding notes with reference to it.

Chapter 39. Registration of signatures.

200. Physicians shall register their signatures by attending the Head Office for

Death Registrations and providing the following documents:

 Original professional degree.

 National professional license

 Stating seal.

 National Identity Document
