PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Managed a team of students to research and deliver story texts and relevant media
content (images, audio, video, social media, web content) for RTI’s 60th anniversary.
• Reported to RTI’s Executive VP of Human Resources (Board Member), Director of
University Collaborations, and Senior Director of Communications.

Fall 2016 Bass Online Fellow, Duke Center for Instructional Technology, Durham, NC
• Independently created an online archive research skills and digital literacy curriculum for
undergraduate students using an online teaching platform.
• Collaborated with Philosophy faculty, Center for Instructional Technology staff, archivists
at the Rubenstein Library, and Digital Scholarship Services team at the Duke Library.

2014 – 2016 Project Lead, Project Vox, Duke University, Durham, NC (http://projectvox.org/)
• Led content strategy and authored content for Duke’s flagship website on the role of
women philosophers in the history of science. To date, the site has attracted more than
10,000 users in over 50 countries, and was publicized in The Times, Times Higher
Education, Washington Post, and The Atlantic.
• Managed 10 academic, library, and IT staff to deliver project for time-critical press launch.

Spring 2017 • Independently designed, taught, and managed six undergraduate critical thinking and
writing courses: created curriculum, presented lectures to classes of 5-25 students,
mentored students, and graded student papers (700+).
