7 STEPS FOR COMPANY REGISTRATION

1st Process: - First of all you have to initiate your Payment process.

2nd Process: - Our account department will provide you ICFO client portal access
with user ID and password and will provide you an Incorporation expert for your
registration process. They will send you DSC form and will guide you to fill your
company information on our ICFO client portal for your registration.

3rd Process: - You need to get print out of the DSC form for Directors and witness,
paste a Passport size photo on form and do cross signature with Blue ball pen. And
Attached Individual Pan card and Address proof Xerox copy with self attested.
You need to send this document through courier or speed post on our office address.

4th Process: - Company name approval, For company name approval you need to provide
us One unique company name for company name approval.

5th process: - Once company name will be approved through MCA government, then we
can go for MOA & AOA preparation for your company.

We will provide you MOA, AOA and final form on your mail ID, you need to get on
Simple A 4 sheet paper. After that you need to send / provide us as a scan copy.

We need to draft Memorandum of association and Articles of Associate. Both MOA and
AOA are filed with the MCA with the subscription statement.

6th process: - It typically takes 5 to 7 days to form a Private limited company and
get the incorporation certificate. Incorporation certification is a proof that
company has been created. It also includes your CIN number.

7th process: - Then you need to apply for PAN and TAN. PAN and TAN are received in
4 working days. Post this; you can submit the Incorporation certificate, MOA, AOA
and PAN with a bank to open your bank account.
