My favorite sport

My favorite sport is swimming, I like it for as long as I can remember,


swimming makes me feel calm, relaxed. It is a very complete aerobic
exercise, in which the whole body works, activating almost all our
muscles and joints. It works muscle strength in a way that does not
cause an aggressive impact on the joints, which helps to preserve
them. Obviously, as in any physical activity, there is a risk of injury. In
swimming you have to be very careful with the technique. Swimming is
much more than jumping into the water and getting around. Swimming
requires continuous arm movements (requiring a lot of
shoulder mobility), back and legs. If the technique is not
good or if more effort is done than necessary, the lesion
can be generated little by little. One of the characters that
I most admire in this noble sport is Michael Phelps, along
with his teammates from the United States, he won the
gold medal in the 4x100 freestyle swimming competition.
Of the 23 medals it adds, 19 are gold. A person who has
exceeded his own mark in the Olympics. He is an example
to follow.
