Hiring right person at right place is todays biggest challenges that many large
organization need to cope with. A skilled and committed workforce is required to
compete in today’s fast, global marketplace. Only those organizations that are able to
engage such manpower will win the race. Competency mapping is a process an
individual uses to identify and describe competencies that are the most critical to
success in a work situation or work role.
