In pursuance to SEBI circular no. IMD/FPIC/CIR/P/2018/61 dated April 5, 2018 regarding

monitoring of Foreign Investment limits in listed Indian companies, the information relating to red
flag and breaches of listed Indian companies furnished by depositories for dissemination date June
26, 2018.

In view of the same, series- IL will be Activated/Suspended w.e.f. June 27, 2018 for the companies
enclosed in Annexure I.
