Sub: Derivatives contracts in Fortis Healthcare Limited (FORTIS)

Members are hereby intimated that, so far FORTIS has failed to submit its quarterly
financial results for quarter ended September 2017 and December 2017. FORTIS vide its
letter no FHL/SEC/STEX/RR/2017-18 dated February 13, 2018 has intimated that its
Board shall consider the financial results of September 2017 and December 2017 in its
meeting to be held on February 28,2018. In case FORTIS fails to submit to the Exchange
the financial results duly considered and approved by March 01,2018 then Exchange in
exercise of its power granted under SEBI circular no. SMDRP/DC/CIR-13/02 dated
December 18, 2002 shall exclude FORTIS from Equity derivative segment.

Accordingly all the existing Futures and Options contracts, across all expiries shall expire
on March 28, 2018. No Futures and Options contracts shall be available in FORTIS for
trading in Equity derivatives segment from March 29, 2018 onwards.
