Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. This contest is organized and conducted by The Indian Hotels Company Limited
(“IHCL”) in respect of its property, Taj Palace, New Delhi.
2. The contest will be live from 29th to 30th June and the entries will be accepted till 30th
June – 5 PM. Entries submitted after the end date shall not be considered valid.
3. The contest will be live on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram platforms. To participate in
this contest you will be required to have a legitimate Twitter / Instagram profile.
4. Each participant must follow Taj Palace, New Delhi on Twitter and Instagram. The
winner will be notified on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram via private messaging and the
Prize will be delivered to him via e-mail.
5. 1 lucky winner will be selected overall from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
6. The winner will be chosen by way of a lucky draw conducted by IHCL and the results
of such draw shall be final.
7. The winners will be awarded Free Event Access for 2 with first round of drinks on the
house (the “Prize”) on 30th June at Blue Bar- Taj Palace, New Delhi.
8. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit
or any other item. The Prizes shall be subject to any terms and conditions that may be
applicable to the prizes. IHCL makes no representation, warranty or undertaking
whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prizes in this
contest. IHCL assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of defect or
deficiency of the prizes or the nature/consumption of the Prizes and will not entertain
any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
9. The decision of IHCL on all matters relating to or in connection with this contest
(including the lucky draw) will be final and binding on all parties concerned. IHCL may,
at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to
these Terms and Conditions and may also withdraw or discontinue this contest at any
time without notice or liability to any party.
10. This contest is open to only Indian nationals residing in Delhi.
11. Only persons above 18 years of age are eligible to participate in this contest.
12. Employees of IHCL or its affiliates and those of any agencies involved in this contest
cannot participate in this contest.
13. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or applicable forums of Mumbai.
