Recommendation to improve my learning experience

As cliché as it may sound, it is true even in learning that time and tide wait for no man. Hence, making
the most out of my time on every experiential and educational learning opportunity is imperative to
improve my learning experience. Unequivocally, with that, comes a great need of possessing the
mastery of managing my time efficiently. Learning to prioritize tasks based on their urgency and
importance, allotting time for my daily responsibilities and meeting deadlines consistently help lead to a
better learning experience both in school and workplace (OJT?). In the long run, this will yield to more
productive works and outcomes.

Another way to improve my learning experience is to be endowed with insatiable thirst for knowledge
and willingness to learn. Furthermore, I must be able to create meaningful connections between new
knowledge in my everyday experiences and the things I already know to have a deeper practical and
intellectual understanding.

Lastly, accepting constructive criticism and reflecting on feedback given by my professors and OJT
officer-in-charge will help me improve and evaluate myself as a learner.

Fortunately, my experience in OJT is not entailed solely to fetching coffee for

your superior, filing paper, making copies and running errands. With regard to the
extent of my expectations in my OJT, I was pretty much amazed and satisfied that most of my expectations were met
and some actually were exceeded. Even as a trainee, I felt like my voice was heard and I was able to
contribute and help my supervisor (blah blah di ko alam tawag sa mga work na ginagawa niyo – yun
cases).
