Sales Operation Planning (SOP)

Target Market Classification:


1. Corporate Sales: Hospital, Office Catering, Swapno, Agora, Meena bazar & also
client from my own Database.
Superstore: Swapno, Agora, Meena bazar are corporate client because these are need
to be done corporate agreement. So company document will be needed for agreement.

2. Modern Trade: Channel or institutional sales. Example: Horeka (Residential Hotel,


Restaurant, Café, coffee shop, fast food.

3. Confectionary: General store, grocery store.

Area Demarcation for Marketing:


Narayanganj:
From Jatrabari to Chittagong road, Demra Staff quarter,Patandi, chashara, pagla,
fotullah,bandor,kachpur bridge, Modonpur, Gazaria, Araihazar,Sonargaon,Narayanganj Sadar
Upazila,Rupganj.

Gazipur:
Tongi bridge, valuka, jayadapur,kapashia,kaliakom,Mauna chowrasta,siripur, gazipur
chowrasta, Kayaltia,Kashimpur,Konabari,Gachha,Pubail,Baria,Basan,Mirzapur,Tongi
Industrial Area, BRRI, Nakkhatra Bari, National University, Sreefaltali Royal Palace, Vawal
Royal Palace, Nondon Park, Fantasy Kingdom, Kalinarayana Temple etc.
Gulshan:
Mouchak,Banasree,Khilgao,Malibagh,Rampura,Badda,Baridhara,Banani,Mohakhali,Bashund
ora R/A, kurilflyover, Narda.komlapur,Motijheel.
Uttara:
Tongibridge, Abdullahpur, Azampur, Uttarkhan, Dakkhin Khan, Airport, Khilkhet, Nikanja,

Mirpur:
kalshee to Mirpur, Shayamoli, Gabtali, kallanpur, pallabi, Agargaon, Kazipara, Sheorapara.
Dhanmondi:
Mohammadpur to kawranbazar, Farmgate, Eskaton, Maghbazar, paltan, Gulistan, New
market, Dhanmondi hazari bagh, Indira Road, kalabagan, hatirpool,shahbagh, ramna
park,kawranbazar,farmgate,bijoynagar.
Primary selection of man power:
SR (Sales Representative): At present we will recruit 4 SR (Sales Representative). Two SR
need to recruit for Dhaka marketing. Another two SR will recruit for outside Dhaka. One SR
will recruit for Narayanganj marketing and another SR will recruit for Gazipur marketing.
Salary will be 10 to 12 thousand based on experience and education.
TSO (Territory sales Officer): currently we will recruit 2 TSO (Territory sales Officer).
One will do the marketing of (Gulshan, Uttara & Gazipur) areas. And another will do the
marketing (Narayanganj, Mirpur, Dhanmondi) areas. Salary will be 20 to 22-25 thousand
based on experience and education. TSO (Territory sales Officer) will directly report TSM
and they will control the SR (Sales Representative).
Description of work:
Basically in my under there will be 2 TSO will work. I will control them and will take report
from them. And Tso will also give me the total order and payment status. They will control
the Sales representative. They will take report and sales order from SR. finally I will look
after everything.

Daily product delivery road map:


Saturday: Uttara,Gazipur,Gulshan & Banani areas.
Sunday: Mirpur,Narayanganj, Dhanmondi areas.
Monday: Uttara & Gulshan, Banani areas.
Tuesday: Mirpur & Dhanmondi areas.
Wednesday:Uttara, Gulshan & Gazipur.
Thursday: Mirpur,Narayanganj & Dhanmondi.
Note: Product delivery will be depend on vehicle system of company. How they will give the
transport for product delivery.

Product Preorder system:


SR (Sales Representative) will collect the order. And he will submit the order to TSO
(Territory sales Officer) and after that TSO (Territory sales Officer) will submit the order to
TSM (Territory sales Manager). TSM will process the order and always process the delivery.
Note that order should be taken before 1day and next product will be deliver.

Product Branding:
 Leaflet
 Paper Add
 Social media
 Leaflet with morning newspapers.
 Promotional offer introduce.
Shop branding:
 Shop banner
 Shop materials (Bell sign, Shutter branding)
 Product display.

Initiatives need to take for selling products:


 Product Knowledge sharing.
 Unique selling proposition (USP).
 Benefits of taking regular fish fillet.
 Regular target setup.
 Frequent market visit by TSM & TSO.

Trade promotion campaign:


 Highest selling gift for retailer.
 T-shirt for Top 20 retailer.
 SR (Sales Representative) must wear t-shirt while visit the market.
 Incentive has to be given while fill-up the sales target for 100% for 90% and for 80%
that will be allocated for TSM, TSO & SR.
 Female Sales promoter will promote the product on super store but that will be done
few month later.

Product delivery system:


 Product delivery schedule has to be committed 100% because if the schedule will
break then market reputation and also product sell will be decreased.
 For modern trade business there will be policy for payment that after product delivery
payment will be done with in 15days or 30 days and that will be cash or Bank
Cheque.
 Company policy for agreement with corporate sales.
