1. It tells us that Norman has a hobby collecting stuffed birds, The Pov shots are 2 Close up shots of the

various birds when Marion walks in. The effects of these shots seems like the birds are looking at you as

one of its own prey.

4. The different species of birds represent the different elements of Norman and Marion’s

personalities. When Norman was calm the bird in site was the turkey and when his personality

switches, we see the owl above his head shown as aggression.The birds represent Marion is because

of her last name and that she eats like a bird as well. The crow above her could represent her guilt for

stealing the money.

5. Norman cannot leave his mother and that his mother is a problem to Marion
