Guidelines in Filling-Up the Dashboard

Measure #1 Number of Communication Technology – Compliant PNP Stations

 “As of” po ang data dito..di po accumulated…dahil possible po na yung

compliant this month ay di compliant the following month…
 Make sure po na nasatisfy lahat ng Parameters using the revised resolution nung
2017 para maconsider na Compliant, lalo na po sa “PNP Vehicle with Mobile
Radio”…di lang po mobile radio ang binibilang..yung iba po kasi napansin ko
masmataas pa ang inventory ng “pnp-vehicle with mobile radio” kysa sa total # of
pnp-vehicle”

Measure #2 Percentage Radio Reliability

 Average pa rin po tayo lahat…. Ditto mo makikita yong overall reliability ng radio
sa buong taon
 Dalawang klase yong percentage radio reliability… yong isa is hf icom the other
one is other mode of radio(hf, uhf, vhf) however there are instances that hf icom
were used to contact with other ppo... ok lang yon…generic kasi ginagawa
naming kasi ibang rceo ay iba din yong ginagamit nila… maybe unique yong sa
inyo…
 In this measure there were two sets of compliance radio template to be
submitted… yong isa purely hf icom yong isa yong other type of radios

Measure #3 Number of communication system contact conducted

 For Radio: eto po yung nasa recap ng template nyo for “other type of radio
(uhf/vhf/hf)”…di po yung template ng ICOM HF ha…yung unang template na
ginagamit nyo..yung walang data…
 For VOIP: yung number of contact lang na ginagawa nyo na compliance nyo sa
FOCCD…yung sunrise contact dito sa NHQ…since once a day lang, nakabase
lang yung number of contact sa number of days within the cut-off period….

Measure #4 Number of Security Survey/Inspection conducted by personnel of RID to

deifferent commo facilities
  Ang alam ko po dito, as per OPNS, once per annum na lang po ang target nyo
dito but if kaya nyo na more than one so be it as long as you inform the opn for
your target

Measure #5 Number of Site Survey/Technical Inspection conducted by RCEO

personnel to different communication facilities

 As per instruction po to ng OPNS……kayo yong mag set ng target dito… RCEO

po yong nag kaconduct dito not R2..

Measure #6 Number of CE Infra and Network established

 Webmail – eto po ang data network nyo na ginagamit nyo for e-mail within you
AOR or email system nyo sa mga ppo/cpo/other unit…
 VOIP – ika-count nyo lang po to kung may na-cascade po kayo VOIP sa RHQ
nyo like the Command Group and R1-R8…pero kung ang nacocontact lang ng
VOIP nyo ay CES-NHQ at RCEOs, di nyo po ika-count ang VOIP as network ny
yon ay network ng nhq. Kasi mag double counting po tayo pag sinama nyo sa
network nyo.
 HF (iCOM) - eto po yung bagong HF na pinamigay…since naissuhan po ang
lahat ng PPOs/CPOs nyo nito, panibagong network poi to sa inyo…isang count
lang yan..
 Repeater – separate network po ng repeater to dapat…sa RCEO10 daw po kasi
may 10 repeaters, kaso magkakalink po ung 10 repeaters sa isat isa kaya
considered as 1 network lang po yung 10 repeaters.

Measure #7 Total number of commo support and services…

 Same pa rin po..accumulated lang po…target and accomplishment must coincide

with OPN

Measure #s 8 – 16

 Same pa rin po ito ng dati maliban sa Admin Case..WITHOUT ADMIN CASE na

po ang bibilangin natin….dati kasi zero… mahihirapan kasi sa pag kuha ng
percentage kasi error sya(div error) kaya instead na with admin cases nagging
without admin cases…
Pakigawan po ng Resolution ang bagong DASHBOARD po ninyo…

Make sure po na UPDATED ANG RUNNING BALANCE nyo…

At the START of the YEAR pa lang, lahat po ng SLOT for TARGET ay may fill up esp
yung RUNNING BALANCE dahil nandun nakareflect ang ANNUAL TARGET nyo…

Yong binigay na template ay 1st quarter only.. kayo na mag adjust for the next quarter..
yong January February at march sa dashboard, pagkatapos noon ay gawin nyo nan g
1st quarter at sa second qtr ay gawin nyo na ng april, may and june….
