In terms of the above purchase order, we have ordered for installation of links at the following locations:-

We confirm that the above locations are owned by us and we shall be responsible for making all
payments pertaining to the links implemented at these locations/ sites. We undertake to indemnify and
hold Bharti Airtel Limited harmless in case of any loss or damage occasioned to Bharti Airtel Limited on
account of the said installation/provisioning.

We further declare and undertake that the above information provided by us true & correct in all respects
and that Bharti Airtel Limited can place reliance on this.
