    Kohat University of Science and Technology, Kohat.

    Sir,

    With due respct it is stated that as the ramzan break is starting next week, so being a student of
    pharmacy final semester the clinical project is the part of our course. So I want to utilize this break in
    orde to work on my project during this break. Therefore it is requested that please grant me reference
    letter or bonafied certificate so that I can work in the hospital.

    I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
