Dear Sir,

I am writing to request a change of the name on my accommodation receipt from Rosemary

Ifeanyichukwu to Ebom Sophia Chinwendu.

The reason for this is because the name used on the payment receipt to the bank for accomodation is my
mother's name as it was paid by her. I was asked by the bursary office to make a change in order to be
granted an accomodation.
