    This is to certify that Mrs. Cecile T. Gabiana has been working with me as partime secretary
    from 9am to 2pm from Monday to Saturday sometimes with overtime up to 3pm depending on
    the number of patients we see at the clinic. On a lot of occasions, she arrived at the clinic late
    from 11:45am to 12:00 noon which caught my attention and her apprehension. She was not
    discharged from services. Infact, I was sudden by her resignation knowing the financial
    constraints her family is having more so now that she is jobless. And if this will make her happy
    then I will not deny it.
