    Dear Dr. Brillantes,


    I am writing to ask your kind heart for assistance. I am currently employed as
    Medical Technologist at Hofileña Hospital. I am working in this institution for
    almost 3 years. As the pandemic worsen my fear of being infected grows but I
    fought through it but sadly my fear had come. Me as a frontliner and a
    immunocompromise individual being infected can’t be avoided even though
    how cautious and pre-caution I took. And with prayers and proper medication I
    recovered from my infection of the pandemic that we are fighting right now
    which is COVID19 virus. Being infected was not easy for my health but I got
    through it but the financial complication that my family faced after is hard to
    recover.

    I am the eldest of my siblings and as a responsible daughter I always helped


    my family with the financial issues. I can’t bear in my heart that I can’t help
    my family in anything especially if the chaos was because of me. That’s why I
    took the opportunity to avail this assistance. I hope I can receive any
    assistance for this matter. It would be a great help for me and my family.
