General checklist

1. Drill line API certificate 1’/8”

2. Maintenance record during stocking of Rig.
3. Maintenance procedure.
4. Wall thickness certificates of all Hyd. Lines, cementing lines, high pressure lines.
5. Slip & cut operations & procedures, last time when carried out & how you are
doing.when you are changing record required.
6. Kelly swivel , Dead line Anchor,kelly spanner NDT reports-CAT-III 6 Monthly.
7. Earlier inspection 6 monthly, Yearly NDT/MPI CAT- IV
8. (CAT- IV) for inspection for swivel.
9. 5- Yearly CAT- IV inspection for Crown Block, Sheaves, Bearing ,Shaft, Hook,
Traveling Block Sheaves , Bearing Shaft.
10. Dead line anchor bearing & bearing supports.NDT
11. Kelly spanner CAT- IV
12. 2 Yearly mast & substructure any report.
13. 10 Yearly CAT- IV inspection.
14. NDT Record of hydraulic cylinders make up/Blackout
15. Winch load testing
16. SWL (load test required of all lifting equipments 6 Monthly)
17. Under HSE policy 6 monthly inspection of the following equipment- Lifting Slings,
Shakes,Pad Eyes all, Master Bushing Bowl Pullers, Mud Bucket lifting eye pads,
Tong counter weight pad eyes, Power tong lifting point, Air Triggers eye pad, BOP
hoist beans all lifting caps & chain hoist.
18. All pressure relief valves calibration (last report when done)
19. List out separately Ex.proof items with location. All UL certified DGMS certificates
required.
20. Well control equipment, Gate Valves, HCR Valves, Choke & Kill Manifod required
OEM approved certified workshop and that certificate of workshop is also required.
21. NDT record done 2014 of swivel and Dead anchor no available please check in
office.
