 be able to write the content of their recount text by using appropriate vocabulary and correct
tenses.
 be able to arrange the disorder sentences of recount text
 be able to construct the recount text by using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, panctuation

A Beautiful Day at Jakarta

Last month, my familiy went to Jakarta. We visited many places there.

First, we visited we visited Ragunan Zoo. We saw many kinds of animals


there such as lion, birds collection, butterfly collections, etc. We looked
around in that Zoo, and also took pictures of those animals. Second, we
visited Ancol Beach. The sun shone brightly and the scenery was very
beautiful there. We felt the wind blew across to us. We also saw a lot of
people in that beach. There werw many birds flew in the sky. Also, there
were many sellers who sold many kinds of souvenirs. Then, we felt hungry,
so we went to a restaurant. As soon as we finished our lunch, we decided
to go home.

For me, that was a good moment because I could spend my time with my
family. We really enjoyed it.

1. The students read the recount text briefly given by the teacher.
2. The students make possible questions based on their curiousity after they have
read the text generally.
3. The students read the text again carefully, which give them opportunity to
answer their own questions about the text.
4. The students discuss and answer some questions given by the teacher
regarding the content of the text and grmmar also vocabulary.
5. The students make a brief summary about the text with their own words.

6. The students complete sentences given by the teacher with the correct tenses.
7. The students list down their own activities in last holiday from the morning until
evening.
8. After filling the activities, each students should write their activities into a
paragraph. The teacher will guide the students in writing past activities in a
form of recount text.
