1. Go to Mindmeister.com and create a free account.


2. Title your project “Principles of Government and Origins of American Government.”
3. Create 8 “ideas” connected to the title by clicking the “+” icon.
4. Each idea needs to be titled with one of the 8 questions asked below and make sure to change
the color of the text to red by clicking the red color from the tool bar.
5. Create another “idea” from the question and answer the question in at least 1-2 complete
sentences. If you answer from the class textbook (Magruder’s American Government), make
sure to cite it by including the page number.
6. Once all questions have been addressed, make it a presentation by clicking the “PRESENTER”
icon in the bottom left of the screen so that the presentation will flow in a smooth sequence.
7. There needs to be at least 9 slides (one for the center and 8 for each question and answer). You
can click “auto-create presentation,” but make sure the frames cover both the question and the
answer.
8. Make sure to save your work by clicking the drop-down menu on the top left.
9. When your project is complete, click the “share” button on bottom left of the screen, click “link
to share” and copy the link then paste the URL in Google Classroom.

4. Explain how power is distributed in a presidential government.

8. What are the major differences between the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists?
