Iswadi Pratama, born on April 8th 1971, is a renowned playwright from Lampung
province in southern Sumatra Island, Indonesia. Graduated from Social and
Political Science Faculty of Lampung University, Pratama then worked as editor
for Sumatra Post and Lampung Post before eventually decided to totally pursue
art in literary and theater.
Along with his wife, Pratama founded a theater club, Teater Satu on October 18th
1996. Some o his plays have been performed by Teater Satu namely Ruang
Sekarat, Rampok, Ikhau, Nak, Menunggu Saat Makan, Dongeng tentang Air,
Orang-Orang Setia, Kisah-Kisah yang Mengingatkan, dan Aruk Gugat.

Committee)
