Step
Gather all the ingredients.
Put the chicken in a plate and add salt and pepper. Set aside
for 10 minutes.
Then beat the eggs
Dust the flour on the chicken and remove excess flour.
Then dip it in beaten egg.
Lastly, dredge the chicken in bread crumb and remove the
excess.
Heat of oil in the fraying pan. Drop a beat egg to see if the
oil is ready.
Put of chicken in at a time on the fraying pan.
Deep fry until both sides are golden brown. Then lift and
drain in the sieve
Then slice the chicken and put on the plate
Chicken katsu is ready to serve
