CHICKEN KATSU

 Ingredients
 boneless skinless chicken breast
 Salt
 Pepper
 All purpose flour
 2 eggs
 Bread crumb
 Oil
 Chili sauce

 Kitchen Utencils
 Fraying pan
 A plate
 A bowl
 A Sieve
 A Spoon
 A Knife
 A Stove
 A Clamps

 Step
 Gather all the ingredients.
 Put the chicken in a plate and add salt and pepper. Set aside
for 10 minutes.
 Then beat the eggs
 Dust the flour on the chicken and remove excess flour.
 Then dip it in beaten egg.
 Lastly, dredge the chicken in bread crumb and remove the
excess.
 Heat of oil in the fraying pan. Drop a beat egg to see if the
oil is ready.
 Put of chicken in at a time on the fraying pan.
 Deep fry until both sides are golden brown. Then lift and
drain in the sieve
 Then slice the chicken and put on the plate
 Chicken katsu is ready to serve
