@Basic rules
Defeat enemies and avoid bullets!
If you get hit by the danmaku, a life will be stripped away.
If you get hit and there are no remaining lives left, the game will be over.
If you focus, you'll be able to attract falling items.
When you defeat an enemies, they will drop these items so you can collect them.

@The flash bomb

@@Bombing while focused will bomb, as usual, however
@@bombing while unfocused will instead flash bomb.
@@Flash bombing requires the gauge at the bottom left of
@@the screen to be filled out.
@@The gauge fills by grazing enemy bullets.
@@The invulnerability from this lasts only for an instant.
@@Flash bombing during a boss's spell will not fail the capture.
@@Plan ahead and use these regularly!
@@Deathbombing will bomb as usual even when unfocused.

@Character change
@@Bombing, flash bombing or being hit
@@will tag in the inactive character of your team.
@@Be warned that the bomb or flash bomb used
@@will be that of the inactive character's, however.
@@Obviously, the new active character will behave differently.
@@Don't be bewildered by this sudden change!
@@The active and inactive characters also have their own respective shot power.
@@If you only focus on one character, you'll soon find yourself in a pickle.
@@You can also turn off the character change mechanic in the options menu.
@@You will not be able to save your score this way.
@@(Saving replays and unlocking Extra will work as usual.j

@The Spirit Jar ---wJar Zenith Modex

@@The inactive character at the bottom of the screen will totter along
@@behind the active character. If you're real clever-like you can lead them
@@over to falling power and spirit items that they will catch (but nothing else).
@@Power items caught by the inactive character will increase their shot power
@@at twice the usual value. Spirit items caught will fill up the Spirit Jar
@@on the bottom right of the screen. At specific spirit counts (every 200
spirits)
@@Jar Zenith Mode will activate. There's various giggly stuff that goes down
@@depending on the chosen team during Jar Zenith Mode. Being hit during this
@@will also trigger an automatic deathbomb. Hitting another 200 spirit mark
@@during Jar Zenith Mode will also extend it accordingly. Woo!
@@The spirits you've collected also serve as a score multiplier.
@@The active character can't do diddly about collecting spirits (with exceptions)
@@Spirit collection oughta help you with a full clear and entering the hidden EX
stage.
@@Make sure you don't get carried away trying to catch 'em all, though!

Introduction of the characters and what they do

--------------------------------------------------------------------
*==================================================================*

@@@---Shrine Team---
@@@Yabusame Houlen
The bullets have an extensive range and they also home in on the enemies.
The bullets are glued to the enemy and they have quite high firepower.
Although the bomb covers the entire screen, the damage it does is so-so.
Yabusame moves slowly, but their hitbox is quite small,
so because they're an average but high capacity character, they can actively take
part in any scene.
They're best used by beginner players.

Tsubakura Enraku
They use a forward concentration-type attack.
Despite the narrow attack range, it deals a lot of damage.
They might struggle with the enemy a lot(?) Since Tsubakura moves quite fast, they
can be proactive if you memorize the enemy's bullet patterns.
Often, it'll be an effortless victory.
They use a penetrating laser, but when they use their (secret) bomb, they're
invincible, but the bomb's duration is quite short despite it being so powerful.
If you are not on a higher difficulty, most of the bosses will be defeated
instantaneously.
They're best used by average players.
@@@Putting it together
@@@@Divide their roles accordingly, Yabusame for stages and Tsubakura for
bosses.
@@@@Both characters playing to their strengths like this should make for an
easy time.
@@@@Don'tcha think?
@@@@They excel at spirit collection, so shooting for a full clear or the secret
EX stage
@@@@should be fairly easy. Just about right for beginners.

@@@Jar Zenith Mode ability

All items on-screen are auto-collected and power items are worth more.
Backup ability
Yabusame: "Freewheeler"
Goes after items on their own.
Tsubakura: "Advancement of Airheaded Dimension Dwellers"
Enables the active character to collect spirit items (but they can't be drawn
in).

@@---Bottle Opener Team---

@@@Adagumo no Yaorochi
@@@@Forward concentrated shot
@@@@No difference between focused and unfocused shot.
@@@@A straight-shooting decapitator type.
@@@@Simple shot type with top of the line firepower.
@@@@Can have trouble with stage segments, though.
@@@@Bomb has rather short invulnerability, but
@@@@strikes down everything on screen with great power.
@@@@You'll obviously need to watch your position in relation
@@@@to small-fry, but it works quite handily on bosses too.
@@@@Flash bomb is relatively low-impact in comparison.
@@@@Should be fine for intermediate players and up.

@@@Sukune Katano
@@@@Capable of both a spread shot and focused fire.
@@@@If you can afford to adjust the distance between yourself and the enemies,
@@@@you should. Bomb covers a wide radius but does kinda sorta okay damage.
@@@@Can't really hit bosses too well if you stick to the bottom of the
screen...
@@@@Flash bomb covers a wide area, but can do absolutely jack at times
@@@@due to missing the essential area around you.
@@@@This might be an intermediate character too?

@@@Putting it together
@@@@Primarily based on forward focus fire, sacrifices a lot of firepower
@@@@if you want area coverage. This might get you in trouble during stage
segments.
@@@@Rather easy to handle for all their dependence on movement, though.
@@@@Put simply, it's all memorization with these guys!
@@@@Intermediates and up!

@@@Jar Zenith Mode ability

Support fire from the backup character.
Backup ability
Yaorochi: "Trash-Mowing Sword"
At the moment the flash bomb gauge maxes out, all bullets are destroyed and
enemies take damage.
Sukune: "Snake Arm"
Items are slowly drawn towards the player.

@@---Slaver Team---
@@@Kuroji Shitodo
@@@@A tricky character with unique qualities.
@@@@Set apart from the other characters by a few unique properties.
@@@@Gains flash bomb gauge faster, attracts items from further away,
@@@@options' firepower strengthens while unfocused, and finally,
@@@@has piercing lasers as a regular shot.
@@@@The shots don't cover very much area at any one time,
so at least part of them will be missing most of the time.
@@@@Bomb does immense damage on hit, and absolutely nothing otherwise.
@@@@Using this poorly during stages will just dig yourself deeper...

@@@@Flash bomb reverses the trajectory of all bullets hit.

@@@@Will not clear bullets.
@@@@Wide range, but none close to the player.
@@@@Not particularly useful when you're in danger.
@@@@In addition to that, using this in the wrong situation
@@@@can only make things worse for yourself.
@@@@You'll have to plan ahead with this one.
@@@@There are also bullets that cannot be flipped, so be careful!
@@@@Presumably quite strong if mastered. For advanced players.

@@@Adagumo no Saragimaru
@@@@Typical for the most part, with a unique shot.
@@@@While unfocused, the brunt of the shot's power is aimed around the
character.
@@@@Wide shot while focused, with a clear blind spot right in front.
@@@@Can do as much damage as the best of them, with proper positioning.
@@@@Presumably a strong character. @@@@Has the only damaging flash bomb in
the game.
@@@@The angle of it is random, so it can be tough to utilize, but is rather
powerful.
@@@@Bomb only hits above the character. The higher you are, the more focused
the bomb's damage.
@@@@Go way up for boss fights!
@@@@A character that can't quite reach that one pesky itch.
@@@@Also for advanced players.

@@@Putting it together
@@@@Both characters build flash bombs very quickly, so
@@@@graze all you can and blow 'em as you get 'em.
@@@@Stages should go by lickety-split.
@@@@Playing like that is rather unstable, though.
@@@@You'll need some pretty good skills of your own.
@@@@Could this be the strongest team, once you get the hang of them?

@@@Jar Zenith Mode ability

The flash bomb gauge fills rapidly. (Jar Zenith won't end if you flash bomb)
Backup ability
Kuroji: "Coercion"
Grazing bullets fills the flash bomb gauge more.
Saragimaru: "Devotion"
The flash bomb gauge fills on its own.
