Terms and conditions

§ The above prices do not include any applicable taxes. All payments will be accepted along with respective taxes that
are applicable as of the date of payment.
§ Payment option:
o A minimum of 20% of the Apartment Price + TAX + Booking Charges + Legal Charges to be made at the time
of booking.
o Remainder of the sale price + TAX to be paid as per the “mutually agreed payment plan” but no later than May
31, 2016.
§ Payments should be made in either cash or check. Checks to be raised against “DAMAS Company Pvt. Ltd.”
§ Late payments would be subject to an interest of 0.5% of the invoiced amount (or amount required to pay) per day.
§ “DAMAS Company Pvt. Ltd.” retains the rights to terminate the sale contract with those buyers who fail to make
payments on time, and consequently resell the same apartment/property to another party.
§ Refund Policy:
o Refund requests should be made in writing.
o Once the sale contract has been terminated, be it on request by the buyer or due to payment defaults on the
part of the buyer, MVR 50,000.00 will be retained as marketing expenses, and the remaining balance will be
refunded only after the apartment gets sold to another buyer.
