Notes on Pre-meeting:

1. Provide brown envelop for each group to gather the participants’ output to be returned before
graduation to provide samples during their SDO Roll-out (to be assessed by Regional Facilitators
assigned to each group).
2. Provide one brown envelop for the Professional Reflection (to be managed by the RTWG).
3. Post schedule at strategic places in the venue for everybody to see.
4. Provide template to be used for the Professional Reflection.
5. Assign Documentation Committee (documenter/minute-taker). Follow and adhere to the
Documentation template provided about the content of the report to be submitted in the 3rd
day during the Exit debriefing. Submit the documentation report at bhrod.hrdd@deped.gov.ph
with the subject line “RPMS for Teachers Region __ RTOT Documentation”.

For the Regional Technical Working Group:

1. Competently assign learning facilitators for each of the sessions who are ONLY to be assisted by
the National Trainers present. For Plenary sessions, assign one Regional Trainer. For Break-out
sessions, assigned Regional Trainer is dependent on the number of break-out group.
2. Pre-identify the break-out groups, break-out venues, facilitators assigned, and the master list of
members for each break-out group.
3. Review the Slide Decks to familiarize the contents and activities in the Session.
4. Anticipate and identify possible questions and issues that may arise in the particular topic for
each session.
5. Identify the materials to be used for each session.
