    1. The Cross
    - Recite “Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; for God is our salvation” Psalm
    68:19

    2. Invitatory Bead
    - Recite “You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my
    sackcloth and clothed me with gladness” Psalm 30:11

    3. On the Cruciforms
    - Recite “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am
    helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to Him” Psalm 28:7

    4. On the Weeks
    - Recite “O my Strength, I will sing praises to You, for You, O God, are my fortress,
    the God who shows me steadfast love” Psalm 59:17
