In accordance to our signed Franchise Agreement, Article X. MODIFICATION OF SYSTEM,

PSI does hereby modify our system for stocks management.

Franchisee is required to provide a Cash Management Fund (CMF) amounting to EIGHTY

THOUSAND PESOS (Php80,000.00) for each branch as advance payment of your stocks.
Stocks shall be offset to your CMF, and be replenished before the entire amount is consumed.

Effective June 04, 2018.
