Dear Mr.

Blanco,

Greetings! I hope this letter finds you well.

I am pleased to submit this letter of proposal seeking for your permission to allow me to
leave magazines and brochures in the employees’ break room or other common area(s) that
you may deem suit for this purpose. These publications are FREE OF CHARGE and will be
displayed using a small acrylic journal stand which is approximately 11” x 9”. The display will be
set-up in a manner that will not cause any distractions or disturbance whatsoever.

The publications provide valuable information concerning practical needs of individuals

of all ages particularly about family, marriage, children, health, and promote core values
desirable to any institution. They would also help your employees to stay healthy and balance
at their work environment, and boost personal growth—mentally and morally.

Please be assured that this activity is not commercial. I am hoping and looking forward
to speak to you personally at your most convenient time to discuss briefly about this proposal.

For your perusal, please find attached photo of the journal stand on display. We also
have attached sample copies of the latest issue of our magazine with a very interesting article
for you and your family and friends.

Thank you very much.

Respectfully yours,

John Paul
