Rucki, being first duly sworn, states and alleges as follows: 1. 1am the Respondent (Obligee) in the above captioned matter and make this affidavit in response to this Court's Order dated July 19, 2018; 2. Pursuant to paragraph 8 of this Court's Order dated July 29, 2018, Jam to provide complete copies of my 2016 and 2017 personal Federal Tax Returns including all schedules and supporting W2's and 1099's. Attached as Exhibit 2 is a copy of a Twitter message stating “Breaking News... Request for Federal Audit of Dave Ruckimoves forward. After Substantial evidence has now been confirmed. #grazzinirucki #evavold” This Twitter post from Jane Johnson, who is either an alias Petitioner uses to post this information or another individual closely associated with Petitioner, was posted on July 16, 2018, just three days before the last hearing. 3, Attached hereto as Exhibit 3 is a copy of various e-mails from Michael Volpe, an “investigative reporter” who lives in Chicago and is working with Petitioner, He sends these e-mails to my attorney, the Judges who have handled the case in any respect, members of CBS’ 20/20 program, among others, any time something new happens in the case; He also posts stories about the case on line and includes copies of court orders or any other documents filed with the court as soon as they are issued: From the tone of his e-mails, his agenda is to “take down” me, my attorney, the Judges on the case, the GAL and anyone else that he believes has wronged Petitioner; 4. | have previously provided the court with volumes of evidence that Petitioner has used my private financial information in attempts to hurt me (even to go so far as to make hundreds of copies of a document with my name, social security number, bank account number and a copy of my check and spread the copies throughout the Twin Cities); | cannot subject myself or my children to this abuse any longer; 5. | respectfully am notifying the Court that | will not be turning over my tax returns and/or any other private financial documents for Petitioner or her friends to plaster all over social media and to the public for scrutiny of my finances. My income and expenses have not changed since the Court's most recent Child Support Order dated May 7, 2018, or the previous Order from 2016;6. _ Petitioner has never produced a tax return more recent than 2009, has never provided bank statements, payroll checks, or any other verification of her income or attempts to find employment; She was employed by American Airlines as a flight attendant for over 20 years, and has never provided any evidence that they terminated her employment; In fact, we provided the union contract with American Airlines which showed that they could not terminate her because of the felony convictions; she simply choose to not work; 7. _ Petitioner received over $1,800,000 in late 2010/early 2011 from a life insurance policy of her father’s; She failed to disclose this asset as part of the divorce and as soon as it was discovered, Petitioner removed the funds from the bank and has never disclosed their location or provided an accounting of them; 8. _ Petitioner is currently living in a gated waterfront community in Clearwater, Florida, with Jack Auld, whom | believe is Petitioner's boyfriend; Petitioner's Cadillac Escalade that she received in our divorce is now titled in his name; based upon the videotaped meetings between Mr. Auld and Petitioner when she was being held in the Pinellas County jail awaiting transport back to Minnesota for resentencing in May 2018, the two also have a boat and Petitioner continues to have acrylic nails done; 9. So, how is one unconstitutional while the other isn't? Only the incompetent mind of Jill Flaskamps Halbrooks can explain.
