Development since last PRM#11

1. Engineering

 RFC Done for CHP- TP 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 13

 Major water system drawing like intake water PH, clarifier, CW PH, CW forebay and
channel submitted. CW Pump house piling RFC done.
 IDCT civil drawings for foundation works submitted and are under approval.
 FA Intermediate silo piling drawing submitted
 400kV switchyard tower foundation done RFC
 Absorber and RC shed drawing.
 Mechanical Design memorandum and layouts for PT plant, IDCT, Water System and
Switchyard approved.

2. Orders placed for

 400kV & 230 kV GIS
 AC System
 Dry Bottom Ash Handling
 GCB
 Stacker Machines
 Reclaimer Machines

3. Quality
 PCCR’s for C&I equipment, Ship Unloader & Pipe conveyor approved
 PCCR for COLTCS submitted and under review.

4. Provenness Compliance
 Vendor for Ship Unloader, Portal Reclaimer, Conveying System, AC Package, 400 kV
CT & Misc DG EOT Cranes approved

5. Manufacturing, Inspection & Dispatch

 ESP Foundation bolts, 79 Nos of Boiler Columns and Beams bracings and Vertical
ladders has been dispatched to site.
 12 Nos ESP columns were successfully inspected and dispatched to Chennai for
further shipment.
 Successful Inspections of Condensor Items were carried by BHEL Hardwar

6. Site Activities
 Boiler Unit#1 Erection started from 30 June 2018.
