Job Description: The JSA covering all the hazard & preventive measures for manual/Equipment concrete foundation & soil/sand/demolished material removing
from work site (Trenches) to TRD approved area. Equipment’s involved in activity will be Hand tools, backhoe loader, Chain Excavator/Breaker, Tipper/Dump truck
and skid loader.

Additional HEAT STRESS: Drink water and take rest breaks, do not work in open area for too long.
7.0 Instructions CONFINED SPACES: if confined space entry is applicable, a separated PTW and JSA are required.
HOT WORK: if you use grinder machine, torch, cutting machine, etc. another JSA is required.
