Due to fraud by both UN and UNHCR, | am being deprived of refugee status and resettlement in a third safe country. With this suit, I will be able to prove fraud and conspiracy to defraud by UN UNHCR in this Court of Law and that UN/UNHCR with this knowledge will be reasonable to agree to the following in exchange for its discontinuance: 1. immediate recognition of my refugee status and issuance of refugee certificate, resettlement to a third safe country of my choice within 3 months from the date of any agreement. 3. reimbursement for legal fees incurred. At the same time, I am certain that Your Excellency and this Esteemed Court will be able to judge UN/UNHCR’s behaviour as to its evasiveness and unreasonableness in the unfortunate event of nonagreement following the commencement of this action, and thereby make an appropriate and fair ruling based on the tenets of compassion, justice and integrity.
