Surveyor's Checklist
This checklist shall be used as a help for inspection in case of initial approval, prolongation or extension of welding workshop
approval. The further aim is to indicate which information and filled documents are needed to approve the welding workshop,
according to the GL Rules for Welding, and to issue the certificate at DNV GL, Maritime Headquarter.
