These oral sex techniques are best used after the first
long and slow lick. Use these techniques to establish
rhythm, and build the tension necessary for an orgasm.

Some thing to remember:

• Always start off slow, and gradually progress

faster.
• Always start away from the clitoris, and work your
way to direct contact on the clitoris.

When you reach the “Secret Twitch”, use the techniques use
a technique that predominantly targets the clitoris.
Again, you’ll have your finger inside of her, and feel for
the “twitch”.

Also, keep in mind that the number of possible patterns are

endless. You can combine one technique with another,

6. Clitoral Circles

Press your tongue on her clitoris, and use it to create

tiny circles.

Alternatively, you can tease her clitoris by using your

tongue to create circles around the clitoris.

7. Tongue Flicking

Flick the tip her clitoral head with the tip of your
tongue. You can flick back and forth, up and down, side to
side, or diagonally.

8. Writing On Her Vulva

Using your tongue, you can “write” out the alphabet,

numbers, symbols, etc, on her vulva.

Keep the strokes slow, and consistent to build up the

sexual tension.

Combine this with the “Tracing” technique and/or “Upper Lip

Grind” to multiply the effect.

9. Tongue Roll

Works best in the “69” position

Not everyone can do this-apparently it’s genetic

Roll your tongue so it creates a “U” shape, and wrap it

around her clitoral shaft. Now, slide your tongue up and
down her shaft. In effect, you’re stroking her clitoral
shaft with your tongue.

10. Tracing

Once you have a good grasp on licking, you can enhance the
sensation by using the Tracing technique.

Lubricate your index finger, and “trace” it behind the path

of your tongue as you lick.

Grinds
The grinding techniques allow your partner to rub up
against you while you’re performing oral sex.

1. Tongue Grind

While you maintain a flat, still tongue, have her grind

herself against you.

Once she tires out, immediately stimulate her with fast

tongue strokes.

2. Upper Lip Grind

Press the area above your upper lip against her clitoral
hood/clitoral shaft, and apply pressure.

She can use this area as a point of resistance to grind

against. At the same time, you can lick the various parts
of her vulva.

Other Oral Techniques

1. Kiss

Light kisses on the various parts of her vulva. Good to

build up the anticipation for more intense genital contact.

You can also perform kisses on her vulva as a transition

from one technique to the next.

2. Labial Hold

Using your own lips, hold together both of her inner labia
(inner lips). While her inner labia are in your mouth, run
your tongue between the inner and outer lips, one side at a
time.

3. Clitoral Suction Cup

Pucker your lips around her clitoral head, and gently apply
suction. This increases the blood flow to the clitoris,
and has the effect of making the clitoris even more
sensitive. You may even find that her clitoris will look
larger because of the suction.

Suck and Flick Combo

1. Gently suck her clitoris into your mouth

2. At the same time flick the tip of her clitoral head

with your tongue.

Start off slow, and gradually build up speed. Also,

vary the directions of your tongue flicks.

To gauge what speeds/direction she likes, insert a

well lubricated finger into her vagina and feel for
any vaginal contractions.

4. Quick Clitoral Suck

Quickly suck her clitoris into your mouth briefly and let
go, making a “popping” sound.

5. Tongue Fucking

Use your tongue as a penis, and thrust it in and out (as

deep as you can) of her vaginal opening.

You can make your tongue stiff and thrust it in and out by
moving your head back and forth, but I find that it’s more
effective if you combine this with the “Upper Lip Grind”
(pressing your upper lip against her clitoral hood) while
doing the thrusting with your tongue.
