Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is commonly used versatile cementitious material in construction
industry now a days, in conjected reinforced and complex loading element. By offering great flexibility, Self-compacting concrete (SCC) plays an important role in reducing the labor cost, also speeds up the construction. Like normal concrete, it is composed of different size of particles that can be used to fill the voids and make it more flexible. The main focus of that study is to find out effects of usage of different size of particles on Self-compacting concrete (SCC). For that purpose, modified Andreassen Model is followed so that optimized grading curve can be achieved. Literature mentions some of the negative properties of Self-compacting concrete (SCC) like creep, shrinkage due to high water content and water reducing agent. In addition, high cost of paste content makes it undesirable, so paste content should be reduced to make it compatible and versatile. After analyzing the whole research, it is concluded that self-compactiong concrete designed by Adreassen, is more efficient, workable and densified as compare to usage of finer particles in concrete.
