(RFQ for Empanelment of Consultants for Safety Audit)

1. Schedule for receipt of the application shall be read as follows:

a. Receipt of offers on or before 1400 Hrs on 11/12/2017

b. Opening of offers at 1430 Hrs on 11/12/2017

2. Clause 7.3 at page 9 under PQ stage has been deleted.

7.3 The bidders should be NABET (national Accreditation Board for education
and Training) accredited

2. Self-certificates with contract/ work order copy will be considered subject to

verification with the clients.

3. Section ii Experience & page no 10 - QMS shall be read as ISMS(Information

Security Management System)/ SCSMS (Supply Change Security Management
system)

4. Section ** i. Qualification (Essential) & page 9 & 10 shall be read as

a. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology or Master degree in Science
or Master degree in Management
b. Successful completion of Lead Auditors or Lead Implementer Course for
ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 28001:2007.
For Safety Audit Management System at least one of the experts shall be
qualified ISPS Auditor.

5. FORM TP – 1 at page 23, the sentence in line two shall be read as

“in accordance with your Request for Qualification” instead of “in accordance
with your Request for Proposal’.

6. Clause 10.0 EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:

Under clause 10.1, EMD amount shall be read as Rs 25,000/- instead of Rs 50,000/-

7. EMD is waved off for firms registered with NSIC for Safety Audit.
