IMPROVED QUALITY LEARNING MODEL "ISOMOKAKU" THROUGH THE

IMPLEMENTATION BASED COMMUNICATION “SESSOSIF”

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the improvement of “ISOMOKAKU” modellearning quality by


applying SESSOSIF-based communication. This study was a qualitative research using
documentation. The methodsof collecting data used were: observation, interview, and
documentation.Technique of analyzing data used was an interactive model of analysisencompassing 3
(three) stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusiondrawing. The research showed that the
learning with ISOMOKAKU model in fact exertedthe sufficiently good effect on the learning process;
for the result to be moremaximal, the teachers should integrate it into SESSOSIF-based
communication.Using a SESSOSIF-based communication, teachers would appreciate and respect
thedifference the students have in the learning process including spiritual,emotional, social,
intellectual and physical differences so that they couldprovide service according to those differences.
As such, the learning processin SESSOSIF-based ISOMOKAKU could give the students the chance
and theopportunity individually in their spiritual, emotional, social, intellectualand physical aspects
maximally. The conclusion was that the use of ISOMOKAKU learning model could beimproved for
its quality using SESSOSIF-based communication.
