Details of purchasing required clothing or footwear: Delaware North at Yellowstone provides uniform shirts and other job-specific uniform
items. Other required clothing necessary to complete the associate's uniform will be
supplied by the associate. It's each associate's responsibility to keep the uniforms
clean, free from stains and wrinkle-free. Any uniform item provided by the company
must be returned at the end of your employment. Clothing must be loose enough to
allow an associate to work in comfort. Uniform shirts which do not have a finished or
straight edge must be tucked in at all times. Uniforms are company property and
should be maintained in the condition in which they are received. Unauthorized and
visible alterations of uniforms are not allowed (e.g., pinning of hems, cuffing, etc.)
Name tags must be in good condition and worn at all times during working hours as a
part of your uniform. Uniforms may be worn only during the hours an associate is on
an assigned work shift. While in uniform, associates are seen as representatives of
Delaware North at Yellowstone and should conduct themselves accordingly. Blue
jeans or denim skirts may be worn with the uniform shirts. Jeans must be in good
repair, no holes and not faded. Low riders and baggy jeans are not permitted. Skirts
must be no shorter than knee length. Shoes should cover the entire foot and should
provide good support. Non-slip soles are preferred.

deodorant before coming to work. Body odor, excessive perfumes or fragrances can be
very offensive and should be avoided. Hair – Unless otherwise protected by law, male
associates’ hair may extend to mid-ear, and may be on the forehead, but not covering the
eyebrows; it may cover the back of the neck, but not the top of a conventional shirt collar.
Unless otherwise protected by law, female associates’ hair must be neatly styled and in a
conservative manner. The style should not permit the hair to fall over the face while
performing normal job duties; if so, it must be restrained. Unless otherwise protected by
law, hair coloring for all associates will be conservative; only natural colors will be allowed,
and one color only. Sideburns - Unless otherwise protected by law, sideburns must be
straight and may extend to the bottom of the ears. Mustaches and beards - Unless
otherwise protected by law, mustaches and beards grown prior to arrival are permitted.
Mustaches must be neatly trimmed and cannot extend below the upper lip; beards must be

Work Weeks – Our basic work weeks typically range from 32 to 40 hours per week and split shifts may be required. Actual hours worked will be
determined by business levels and can vary widely throughout the season; a 40-hour work week is not guaranteed. Days Off – It is the
practice that all seasonal associates receive two consecutive days off per week. One exception to this practice may occur during store
openings and closings, or if the associate transfers to another department or location during the season. Days off will be assigned by
management at the beginning of employment. We will do our best to accommodate requested days off. Additional time off during the week,
other than the two regularly scheduled days, must be requested in advance and may not be granted. Rest Breaks – A 15-minute rest break
may be provided during each four-hour shift and is included in employer-paid time. Shifts of less than four hours do not receive a break. There
are certain areas, such as food and beverage, where breaks may be sporadic due to guest volume. Attendance and Punctuality – All
associates are expected to report to work on time and to be regular in their attendance. Failure to do so can result in corrective action up to
and including termination from Delaware North at Yellowstone.

We provide transportation from Bozeman, MT on your check-in date from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport – Gallatin Field
(BZN), departing between 7:00 and 8:00 AM depending on the number of pickups. We will also pickup at several hotel locations in Belgrade
and Bozeman. If you are unable to make the pickup times, you can schedule your own transportation at your expense, by contacting Karst
Stage at www.karststage.com/airport_shuttle.php 1 (800) 287-4759 (toll free). If you are using our Company provided transportation from
Bozeman to West Yellowstone, you must make your flight or bus arrangements to be in Bozeman, MT no later than 7:00 AM on your START
DATE best to fly in the night before. We will not wait at the airport for any flight unless the flight is delayed due to weather or airline issues. If
you cannot arrive in Bozeman the night before or by 7:00 AM on Check-In day, you will be required to find your own transportation to West
Yellowstone for Check-In. We do not provide transportation from Salt Lake City Airport. Please contact Salt Lake Express 1-800-356-9796.
The bus ride is approximately 6 hours from Salt Lake City, UT to West Yellowstone, MT. There is limited space on Company provided
transportation, do not purchase bicycles as they will not be transported to West Yellowstone. The driver will not be stopping for students to
shop at Wal-Mart or any grocery store. Shopping trips will be announced at a later date.

Housing details: Our associates live either at, or very near, the store where they are working for the season. Even though housing is
onsite, some walking may be required to and from your work area. The dorms are rustic with centrally located shared
bathrooms, showers, free laundry facilities and employee dining room. All associates will have at least one roommate.
The dorms are all non-smoking and do not contain air conditioning or kitchen facilities. Guests, family members and
pets are not permitted in employee housing. The housing cost is $27.00 per week. Associates who work at the
company's seasonal properties are provided meals in the Employee Dining Room (EDR) as a term and condition of
employment. Each EDR operates on a menu cycle and provides three meals a day, seven days a week. The menu is
designed to offer a variety of food choices, but due to the size of staff and facilities, we cannot generally accommodate
special dietetic needs. Three meals per day are provided for $9.07 per day ($63.50 per week). plus $7.49 medcor
weekly deduction. Total weekly payroll decudtions of $100.49All associates working and living inside Yellowstone
National Park must pay a $7.49/week clinic fee that is deducted from your paycheck. This fee is mandated by the
National Park Service, it helps to keep the clinics inside Yellowstone running. It is not health insurance. YGS
associates receive a 30% discount on many items at the stores.
