1. What are the four main types of tissue?

Epithelial, Connective, Muscle, Nervous

2. Tattoo’s are below what type of tissue in the human body? Is it a


good idea to get one?

Epithelial tissue and it’s a good idea to get on if you really want one and
you won’t regret it as time goes on.

3. What is the difference between tendons and ligaments?

The difference is that ligaments hold bones together in joints while


tendons connect the skeletal muscle to the bone.

4. Compare the 3 types of muscle tissue. Cardiac, smooth & skeletal.

The cardiac tissue helps your heart beat, the smooth tissue helps your
organs move and do what they are supposed to like you digestive system and
such.

5. Name and describe the 10 body systems. Which two provides energy
to the 8 body systems? Provide images for each body system.

The skeletal system provides support and protection for your organs,

The muscular system produces heat and allows movement

The circulatory system pumps blood throughout your body and transports
oxygen

The lymphatic system has lymphatic muscles that carry lymph and
defends the body's immune system

dioxide

The digestive system extracts and absorbs nutrients from food and

bones found in the body?

The strongest is the femur the weakest is the malleus

8. How many bones are in the human body? How many bones does a 2
month child have? Why does the baby have more bones?
There are 206 bones in the human body and and 2 month old has 300 a baby
has more bones because they aren't done developing and still need to fuse
together
