MY ANECDOTE

I remember when i was a little , i had like 6 years old, and I had
this doll I called her Maria , it was my favorite doll I loved her, I
always played with her when I was bored and also taking her
with me to everyplace I was going , the I remember me and my
grandparents where going to my uncle’s house in my
grandpa’s car, it was Christmas that day, I remember I was
looking at the window in the night sky, then I saw a little girl
who lived on the streets, she had a toy car but there was
something missing there , a doll, I thought ,so I came with the
idea of giving my favorite doll Maria to her , I just wanted to
make that poor little girl happier , so I told my grandpa to stop
the car he did and then I held my grandma’s hand and guide
her to the little girl’s direction , I explained my grandma what I
wanted to do then she understood so we walked until I was
next to the little girl , she saw me with my doll Maria in my
arms she was clueless of the whole thing so when I offer her my
doll, I will never forget…. Her eyes instantly lighted up and tears
where peering into her eyes she took the doll with her little
hands and hugged her with a wide smile on her face, I was so
stunned with the whole scene ,I smiled at her I was so happy
making this decision , then she thanked me and ran to her
mom’s direction , I smiled to my grandma and she
congratulated me for doing this good charity action, I was so
proud of myself making that little girl happy and also because I
didn’t even care it was my favorite doll I was giving , I just
thought the pain that little girl must feel having nothing in this
special day !!It was Christmas!!! That poor little girl probably
wouldn’t receive any kind of gift she needed something that
would make her happy so that’s when I decide to help her and
give her my all-time favorite doll i always loved helping others.

The moral of this story is that always give without expecting

anything in return, do everything that makes you happy, in my
case helping others makes me feel warm and great and always
brings a smile on my face, also
value everything you have some people don’t have the privilege
u have, like a beautiful family or living under
a comfortable roof.
