Work Experience
● Haymon-Morris Middle School​, Winder, GA, July 2010-Present
Engineering and Technology Teacher​ – Teach five segments of ​Engineering and
Technology​ connections classes for 6-8 grade students. Teach one segment of the
Foundations of Engineering​ course, which is the entry level course for the HS Engineering
pathway. Manage lab tools and equipment necessary for teaching Engineering Design
Process through hands-on engineering problems.
● Social Circle High School​, Social Circle, GA, Aug. 2006-June 2010
Engineering and Technology Teacher – T ​ each five periods of the Engineering and
Technology pathway; ​Foundations of Engineering and Technology, Engineering Concepts,
and Engineering Applications​. Utilize Solidworks design software to teach solid modeling
and automated design. Manage lab tools, equipment and materials necessary for teaching
hands-on engineering problems. Advisor to local TSA chapter. Lead teacher for
teachers-as-advisors.
