KSS Limited informed that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of
Undertaking on 10th April, 2018 with Tamil Film Producers Council to provide
services as Digital Service Provider as well as to provide all E-cinema related services
in entire Tamil Nadu State. Further Detailed Agreement is to be
entered soon.
