PULP FIBROSIS

Accumulation of diffuse fibrils as well as bundles of collagen fibres


occurs.

Fibre bundles may appear longitudinally in bundles in the radicular


pulp.

Fibre diffusely arranged in the coronal pulp.

Increase in fibres in the pulp organ is gradual and generalized


throughout the pulp organ.

Vascular changes occur in the aging pulp organ as they do in any


organ.

Plaques may appear in pulpal vessels.
