Two state of the art hygienic meat shops, Meat n’ Meat, has been opened in city of
Bahawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan.

A livestock farm has been constructed in Khab Bela (Southern Punjab) for operational
activities and to cater both meat shops.
Cattle Farm Proposal Discussion:

We came to know through a reliable source about an army run cattle farm infrastructure being leased out near
airport. We are very much interested to acquire that farm to cater our Bahawalpur meat shop.

Farm infrastructure has some pros and cons as mentioned below:

Pros:
1. Infrastructure is near to Bahawalpur city and easy to reach
2. Infrastructure has sufficient buildings to start a cattle farm
3. Due to army possession, security risks shall be reduced

Cons:
1. Infrastructure doesn’t have direct canal water supply which will force to use diesel run generators
increasing the operational cost a lot
2. Infrastructure doesn’t have electricity
3. Infrastructure doesn’t have boundary walls
4. Infrastructure doesn’t have proper passages within the premises
5. Infrastructure doesn’t have proper leveling, especially for cultivation lands
6. Farm buildings shall require cold weather preventions increasing the startup cost
7. Startup cost shall be more in order to run a profitable farm
8. A long lease will be required to take advantages of investment

A preliminary feasibility points to below acquiring lease price
1. Almost 13 acres (about 9 acres cultivated land + about 4 acres non-use land)
